Freshminds is a London-based award- winning recruitment company in the field of finance. I was commissioned to create a new brand and communications in print and digital platforms for their main product called “Ones to Watch”. This is the largest event in the financial field that recruits new talent from the best universities in the UK.
I used a light bulb to represent the birth of a brilliant idea and the asterisk of the mother brand as a representation of a person, to create a visual metaphor of an astonishing and intelligent person that solves complex problems in an elegant way. In order to avoid a visual clash with the existing Freshminds logo, which contained a peculiar pink, I added light greys to the brand to neutralise the palette.
